四人出遊，含一小孩，四人房價錢訂了間雙人房，比普通的貴一半有多，含早要三千多，不值！訂兩個房間會更好！另外房間裝修也比較舊，前台服務也一般，勝在地點離塔橋近，幾分鐘就到！周邊是商廈，晚上吃飯不太方便！早餐還不錯，比較豐富！觀光電梯上頂樓可以見到小黃瓜！

We visited for my husbands birthday and our Wedding anniversary. The hotel was stunning from the entrance to the lounge decor to the room. We were kindly given an upgrade and were so very grateful. The room was amazing, nice and clean. The staff were all very friendly, nothing was too much trouble. The breakfast was brilliant, a great selection and something for everyone. The location is perfect. Thank you so much for making our stay in London just perfect. We will definitely be back. Thanks Jade and Simon

We booked for a king room but got twin beds instead stuck together. It was a special night for my wife however, they have ruined it by giving terrible service. They don’t pick up calls when trying to contact reception. There’s no AC. Staff tried to help out but the manager at night was not helpful at all as they couldn’t do anything. We ordered more duvet for the twin beds that we did not order but gave us dirty yellow stain duvet. Absolutely horrible service and disgusting Covers. My wife was really upset and really made the special night devastating as it was hard to sleep at night because of the beds.

酒店的位置在市區外圍，不過挨著地鐵站不遠，交通還算方便。服務不錯，最後一天還幫我們叫了出租車。設施方面也還行，就是鄰居間太小了！早餐不錯，有現做的雞蛋餅！

我預訂了一個房間，從5月14日到19日，共四晚。我們住進了1122房間。最後一晚的晚上，一衹大蜘蛛出現在浴室的浴巾上，移動著。我女兒一個人在刷牙，看了嚇死了，非常害怕，我馬上電話立即叫服務員來處理。來了三個服務員，一個人把蜘蛛抓走了。旅遊了幾十年，國內外，我是第一次遇到房間出現那麼大的蜘蛛，也不知道這種有沒有毒，這是一次非常糟糕的經歷。後來前台找了一個男的經理，希望申請免最後一晚的房費。我認為這不算太多，但我被拒絕了。這個酒店就是舊舊的，電梯也不刷卡就能上去，感覺也不是很安全。兩萬多一晚，絕對可以找到更好的，大家避雷吧。

Tolle Lage, freundliches Personal – absolut empfehlenswert! Wir waren zwar leider nur eine Nacht in diesem Hotel, aber unsere Erfahrung war durchweg positiv. Die Lage ist wirklich super – die Tower Bridge und viele andere Sehenswürdigkeiten sind schnell erreichbar. Perfekt, um London auch bei kurzem Aufenthalt gut zu erkunden. Das Personal war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit, was den Aufenthalt noch angenehmer gemacht hat. Insgesamt haben wir uns sehr wohlgefühlt und würden definitiv wiederkommen. Eine klare Empfehlung für alle, die zentral und unkompliziert in London übernachten möchten!

Excellent choice if touring London. Walking distance to subway stations - Tower Hill (District/Circle line) or (Metropolitan, Hammersmith & City) Aldgate, Aldgate East. Very close to Tower of London and Tower Bridge Thanks to the staff for allowing us to check-in early as we arrived early morning...subject to room availability.
